Taylor’s Book Club’s Terms and Conditions
Taylor’s Book Club terms of purchase wherever in these terms of purchase between Taylor’s Book Club and vendors. Every agreement between Taylor’s Book Club and vendors named on the Order (vendor) is a binding contract. These Terms may not be varied in any manner except writing signed by Taylor’s Book Club and Vendors.
However, Taylor’s Book Club reserves the right at any time to make changes in the Order, which includes without limitation, method of shipment or packing and time, place and manner of delivery. If any such change causes an increase or decrease in the cost of time required for the Order’s performance, an equitable adjustment shall be made on the contract price and delivery schedule as agreed by both parties.
Any claims by vendors are to be authorized by Taylor’s Book Club in writing by vendors. Price Increase or decrease shall not be the responsibility of Taylor’s Book Club.

Inspection of Goods
Taylor’s Book Club shall be under no obligation to inspect the GOODS before a sale. Vendor shall be responsible for the result of the negligent manufacture and packing of GOODS.
Taylor’s Book Club TERMS and CONDITION hereof, may not be abridged or restricted by the vendor. No contract shall prevent Taylor’s Book Club to reject any GOOD that is defective or improper for market value. Vendors are responsible for full transportation charges to customers specific destination, including any costs or incidental or consequential damages resulting from reckless shipments.
Vendors shall pay Taylor’s Book Club any overdue bills to any GOODS that are defective or deviates from order dates. Such payment shall be in cash or as a deduction from any outstanding balances but not from any future invoices.
Cancellation and Termination
Taylor’s Book Club retain without prejudice to any other rights may cancel the Order in whole or in part of goods not then received by Taylor’s Book Club if there is any defect or issues with the quality of the goods, including any delay of the goods by vendors. Goods deemed quality GOODS shall be accepted and displayed on our website for sale at the agreed price.
Representations and Warranties
Vendors are responsible for all prices, benefits and allowances of the GOODS advertised by Taylor’s Book Club. Vendors have the rights and permission to sell to Taylor’s Book Club all GOODS delivered and Taylor’s Book Club has the right to distribute and sell or resell the GOODS without additional charge.
All Goods will be free of hazardous substances, and vendors have provided Taylor’s Book Club with a compliance certificate for all goods.
Free Shipping Requirements
All TBC orders over the cost of $40 or higher are eligible for free standard shipping within the U.S.
